High Power Ferment
Product Description and Function
A high alcohol tolerant yeast developed for improved distillate quality. Achieve 14% ABV in 48 hours (6kg Sucrose), or over 20% in 5 days (8kg sucrose).

Ingredients: Yeast, yeast nutrient, antifoam, vitamins, trace minerals. Nitrogen Flushed to Remove Oxygen & Preserve Viablility.
Dosage and Application
1. Ensure equipment is clean and sterile before use.
2. Prepare your fermenter with 10L of water at 40⁰C.
3. Dissolve 6kg of sucrose sugar in your fermenter (for 14% ABV in 48 hours) or 8kg (for 20% ABV in 5 days), stir thoroughly until consistent mix is achieved.
4. Top up fermenter with water to 25L.
5. Ensuring sugar solution is at 27⁰C or below, add the contents of this sachet, plus liquid activated carbon for optimal results, and stir well.
6. Ferment at 20-30⁰C.
